SHIPPING

All orders are shipped out domestically (USA) within 10 business days from the placement of order.   You will receive a confirmation email or text once your order is placed, and additional message(s) once your order is shipped and delivered.   We will reach out to you in the event your order is delayed. Once the item(s) have reached your destination and are marked as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages.  Please reach out to your courier for further information.

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges. Your order also cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed and is simply a request. If by chance you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@beyondlost.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve. There is a 5 day grace period upon receiving the item(s) to contact us about wrong items being delivered.  Please note, merchandise will only be accepted in its original packaging (new, unused and unwashed) with tags attached in their original packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Yes, we ship internationally! International shipping prices vary by country and are subject to longer transit times and duties/taxes.  We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility for paying your local duties/taxes.  For international orders that have been in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office (not BEYOND LOST) to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.


TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.  Once you have been notified about your order’s departure, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.  Once your order has left our warehouse, please contact your courier directly to obtain any further information.   Once the item(s) have reached your destination and are marked as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages.  Please reach out to your courier for further information.


RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has been returned to BEYOND LOST due to any address issues, we will email you to set up a new delivery.  If we do not receive a response within 10 days, your order will be voided.
